which aims to inform you about your rights and obligations
for the best service while searching and ordering products

Essential condition in order to start a transaction

where the products will be sent, your stationary phone
number (or any other phone number for your best service),
your e-mail address etc. and in the case of paying by

won't make any illegal and without your approval use.
ernesto.gr does not reveal, publishes, sells or exchanges personal
data and information you trust us. In special occasions
your personal data might be published by the company,
always following the predicted, by law, procedure when
this is exacted by the Public Rule, court, etc.

known to us with the fill up of the relative electronic

| Ways of paying |
For the convenience and service of those wanting to
buy from our store, we have the following alternative
ways of paying:
1. By credit card VISA, MASTERCARD published in any bank
2. By deposit in our account - bank wire transfer
3. By PAYPAL
Payment through credit cards is performed through ALPHA
BANK's secure server using SSL (secure socket layer) at
128 bit encryption.
At the last step of your transaction you will be redirected
to ALPHA BANK's website where you will enter your credit

| Delivery of order |
Products will be sent where you have indicated us by
courier or Post Office parcel services, whichever convenient
for you.
In regions where the order can't be sent by courier, the
time of sending is that predicted by Hellenic Post Offices.
Sending will be made in every day courses except of Saturday,
Sunday and feast days. |

| In the prices registered in the catalogues next to
every product Value Added Tax is included. |

| Availability of stock and handling time |
Most of the items in our website, are in stock. If they
are not, 7 working days are required to have any item
ready for dispatch. If so, you will be notified prior
to debiting your credit card for acceptance of the extra
time.
Normal handling time, if the item is in stock, is 2 working
days for dispatch.
Furthermore, some items are unique in terms of painting,
size and type of wood, and may not be available at the
exact specifications displayed on the website. If so,
you will be notified prior to debiting your credit card
for acceptance of any minor changes.
Please note, that for items in stock, minor differences
will exist from the items displayed on the website, as
all items are handmade and hand re-producted. |

1. Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (e.g.
bad weather conditions, strikes, etc) is not possible
to deliver the products in the time schedule, you will
be informed by e-mail, in order to state us if you want,
under these conditions, to make your order.
2. Responsibility of
ernesto.gr :
ernesto.gr is not responsible for damages during transportation.
However, in order to establish a faithfull relationship
with its customers,
ernesto.gr offers an exchange merchandise credit scheme. If,
for any reason, goods are damaged during transportation
or you are not 100% satisfied with the item(s), contact
us to send us back your item(s) to arrange for replacement.
3. Commercial messages:
ernesto.gr gives the possibility to users to choose informing
on new products and other offers, alternative ways of
paying etc. along with sending advertising-informational
messages to your e-mail or by phone.
ernesto.gr won't use improperly this service. It is always given
to all users the possibility to cut receiving advertising
messages. |
